How it Works


- Delivery time for Lunch - 11am to 1pm / Dinner - 6.30pm to 9pm.

- The Delivery does not constitute any guarantee of delivery within or at a fixed time minutes as logistical operations are transpired depending upon the customer's location in the delivery cycle.

- Jagannath's Kitchen does not take responsibility for the delay in services as it is outsourced to dabbawala Mama and other Private Logistics

- In a very rare situation, meals on the first day of the service might be delayed as the delivery person might take a little longer to locate your delivery spot. The customer needs to co-ordinate with the delivery person/agent on the first day of the service.

- If the meals are not delivered by 1 pm during Lunch and 9 pm for Dinner, the customer has to inform this to Jagannath's Kitchen right away, so the necessary actions can be taken.

- Delivery is available only in the selected area(s) where Dabbawalamama's are operational

- A delivery fee will be charged as per the Dabbawala Mama's price rate. They operate on 1st to 30th date of the month basis

- Jagannath’s Kitchen will only be able to update customers on the dispatch of their meal.

- Customers must take note of the number of the Dabbawala/ Logistic guy on their first day of the delivery to co-ordinate on the delivery of their meals in the future.

  Cancellation Policies

- Any cancellation after this cut off times will be charged to the customers. Customers must inform us for any cancellation or breaking or halt the meal service as below:

- For Lunch: - One day before by 10 pm a - For Dinner: - By 2 pm the same day.

Any cancellation after this cut off times will be charged to the customers.

- In case the customer forgets to cancel before the cut off time, meals can’t be returned. In such cases, it is deemed to be sold even if the meal is returned or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery of their meal.

  Payment for Subscription

Trail packages or the Monthly subscriptions will only start / resume after the complete payment is made in advance. Payments can be made by Cash / Cheque deposit or by Online Banking to Current Account name: –
